Ematic Eth103 13.3" tablet having problems with progams not working hanging up,
I go to youtube and can not get out of full screen. Deleted some programs tried to upgrade to android 5.1 could not do it. Tried to reset by holding down the power button and the volume up did not work volume down same thing. What can I do.

Soft Reset
Step 1
Locate the reset button next to the headphone jack on the side of the tablet.
Step 2
Insert a paperclip or another thin object into the hole.
Step 3
Press the reset button with the paperclip to reset the tablet.
Factory Restore
Step 1
Tap "Settings" on the tablet's home screen.
Step 2
Tap "Personal" and "Backup & Reset."
Step 3
Touch "Factory Data Reset" to restore the tablet to its default state.

I have no button....how else?
Sheila, it's not right by the headphone jack, just in the nearest vicinity. I did this and still nothing.
What if you can 't find the rest button where else do i look?
Could you find a way to reset it?
The ematic tablit is different to other tablets because it has a physical reset button. Follow my instructions to factory reset your tablet.
Note: This will permenantly delete all data including photos, apps, music and any other information on the device.
Find the reset button it should be a small hole beside the hedphone jack.
Insert a paperclip or other thin object into the hole.
The tablet will reset.

In soft reset - Press power button by holding the power button down for 15 min until you see the logo.
In hard reset - 1. Unplug the device
2. Power off the device by holding power button.
3. Wait 5 seconds, then hold down both the volume up and power buttons.
4. Press the volume up button to move the arrow until it is pointing at the Recovery Mode option, then press the volume down button to select it.
5. The logo should appear for a few seconds, then you should be in the system recovery menu. Use the volume up / down buttons to highlight the factory reset option, then press the power button to select it.
6. Use the volume up / down buttons to highlight the “Yes — delete all user data” option, then press the power button to select it.
7. Once you completed, you should be returned to the system recovery menu. Select reboot system now, then press the power button to select it.

Done all that not working
I did everything it said but it is still staying on the start up screen that has the ematic n powered by android hasn't changed since last night
That doesn't work either… apparently you don't know anything about how to do it. You just like talking big like you do. Thanks for nothing.
